I have trained with Norma for several years and absolutely love it! She works hard to meet the needs of each and everyone of her clients. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or new to fitness, she will guide you in the best and safest way to train your body. My kids also enjoy Norma's classes! Great for the whole family!
I have trained with Norma for many years and now my daughters and husband come to her classes as well. It’s a great environment for family and community. She has tailored speed and agility programs for both of my daughter’s softball teams which has been a great addition to their constant improvement as athletes! If you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete this is the place for you to continue your fitness journey!
Our son began training with Norma a month ago focusing on speed and strength. The improvement has been amazing and Norma can push our son in a manner that he responds to. She has also done a phenomenal job with my daughter's softball team during this winter's offseason. Highly recommended!!

This gym is great for beginners to advance so don't be intimated if you are new to working out or been doing it for years. The owner Norma has been training for years and knows how to custom fit the class workout for each person. I love how clean the gym is, the Varity of equipment and the easy going smaller community feel the group and instructor have.
