I have a great time at the gym. It truly is a judgment free zone which is imperative. There are members who are all shapes, sizes and ages with different fitness levels. My own negative thing to say is that the group fitness area is too small. The Awesome Zumba class is always full and sadly our friends (yes we all bonded and have become friends) get turned away . It makes us all sad. So please consider MOVING the Wall and let us grow! Or add Zumba classes.
Great place to workout! They have qualified professional trainers to help you archive your goals.
I have been going to Fitness Unlimited for just over a month and I am loving it!! Everyone there is so helpful and encouraging! I am having positive results in getting healthy again and I look forward to the journey ahead with the folks at Fitness Unlimited in Williamston!
