I joined Fitness Together Point Loma after getting injured in January while running. Needed some time off from running and decided to rehab and cross-train here. My trainers, Greg and Paul, were top-notch. They knew their stuff and I learned a lot from them. I picked up a ton of great training tips and methods. Fast forward to early June, and I ran my first marathon in 3 hours and 50 minutes. I owe a big part of that success to the training and support I got from Greg and Paul. Fitness Together offers a unique experience where you lose track of time and your workout ends in a blink. FT provides unique intervals, good music, good vibes and good chats. Would recommend to anyone looking to get stronger and have fun while doing it. Do it now!

Joining Fitness Together was the best choice I could have made for my overall health. I had very specific goals that I wanted to accomplish that I wasn't able to achieve on my own or through other fitness classes. Not only did I receive the accountability I needed, but I was guided through specific exercises that got me the results I wanted. I have been a client of Greg for several years and I had a spinal stenosis condition which required back surgery ...I go to Greg to help me with restoring my entire physical condition which had been supposedly fixed by my operation....Besides being a great physical therapist, Greg has a doctor like skill set on how the human body works...What a guy !!!!......Peter Aylward
