Fitness Together really creates a community. I feel welcome and at home when I walk in the door. The trainers are excellent motivators and deeply knowledgeable about fitness. The workouts build upon the previous ones, but they can also pivot easily and focus on what you, as an individual, need or want in any given session. I would recommend this place to anyone regardless of fitness level.
