I just celebrated my 10th year at Fitness Together in Mequon. Who knew when I started with a free introductory training that’d it would become part of my permanent fitness routine. I love that each session is tailored for my exercise needs, and even if I’d come in with an injury, my trainer could work around it and I’d still get a productive session.
