I have been going to Fitness Together for 2 years now. I have mostly been doing the group fitness classes and have really enjoyed them. They are a great workout, the team is amazing (even the Joes), and the community the gym provides is what really makes this place unique.
Fitness Together is a great way to get exercise while not feeling pressured to constantly max out reps, etc. They meet you where you're at and help you improve when you're ready to push things further. The team is good humored and I look forward to going in every time.
I’ve been training at Fitness Together Melrose for the past year, and it’s been a great experience. Melanie and her team are professional, knowledgeable, and very supportive. The studio is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which makes it easy to stay consistent. I’ve seen real progress and know the workouts are tailored to me. Highly recommend for anyone looking for personal training with a team that truly cares.
Fitness Together Melrose is such a welcoming environment - a wonderfully supportive space for all ages and levels of experience. All the trainers we’ve worked with in the last two years have enthusiastically tailored workouts to our specific fitness goals, and have also been happy to modify as needed, even working around injuries so we could continue working out while healing.
FT has a real community feel, where the trainers are engaging and find opportunities to cater challenges or modifications for clients even in small group classes. It's an incredibly welcoming atmosphere, trainers and clients alike, all due to the awesome leadership of gym-owner, Melanie!
