I was invited back to FT a year ago in April. I was eager to return due to the great experience I had 2 1/2 years ago at the downtown location! The trainers credentials, knowledge. and professionalism are exceptional! Fitness together works diligently with you to apply the workout appropriate for you. They keep in mind your fitness level as well as consideration of any current or chronic health issues.
This place is great! The specialized program they create for my 39 year old son with autism is a great fit for him. Preston is the best
Great trainers! I work with Keaton. He develops programs that are specific to my unique needs and goals. Highly recommend!
This was all new to me and Preston has been wonderful to work with as I learn. The individual spaces to work in were a draw for me, and we have been able to use Zoom for our sessions when I am not in Grand Rapids. This helps me be consistent in my journey. I have been able to reduce my arthritis medicine and feel more steady and stronger!
