The studio is well equipped and spotless, staff (especially Zack) is very knowledgeable and will help you attain your goals. It’s a tough workout but I always look forward to going
Both Zack and Bruce have been nothing short of fantastic. Been here about 3 months now and am very happy with my progress. With a small environment it’s great to get such personalized attention.
I continue to be impressed by how knowledgeable Zach is when it comes to recovering from injury, good form and body mechanics. I highly recommend the location too because there is a good set up with equipment and weight training tools.
I've been coming here for almost 2 years and the trainers are fantastic in a I love/hate them kind of way. Zack pushes me to go farther and work harder, and is helpful in teaching me how to listen to what my body is telling me I need. Love the personalized attention and studio space.
