I have been very satisfied with my training at Fitness Together Lexington. I have found my trainer, David D., to be kind, professional, and always well-prepared. I highly recommend Fitness Together Lexington to anyone who wants to improve their health.

What's not to like? I am 80 years old and totally feel like it before going to my work-out. However, after my work-out, I feel like I'm back at 60! Reading this, you might think Fitness Together is a place for old folks. Not so. There are many young folks in the other rooms getting worked out a lot more strenuously than I am. FT continues to be the best training venue in the Lexington community. TJ, my trainer, is great at tailoring workouts specific to my needs while regularly introducing new and effective exercises that maximize my time and keep things fun and interesting. Also a big shout out to Dave and Nick who filled in for a few months while my previous trainer was on medical leave. The whole team at FT are terrific.
