Mike has been great to work with and has made every effort to understand and work with my teenage daughter to meet her workout needs. My daughter feels safe and happy to have individual instruction and always feels great after workouts. Mike is professional, flexible and caring we are very happy with his program! Would definitely recommend!! :)
