RecommendedI have been training with Greg and his team for almost a year. Greg has worked with me on overall strengthening with focus on my left leg after a fracture due to cancer and the placement of an orhopedic rod. His knowledge as a physical therapist has been extremely helpful. I am grateful and love that during the pandemic Greg has offered virtual sessions so we could contunue with my progress.Greg and his trainers are wonderful and able to work on your individual needs.

He has pushed me in a way that makes me comfortable to try new exercises and extra weights! I have lost 20 pounds and gained so much confidence. RecommendedI LOVE FT! I have been working out with FT for almost 3 months ! Honestly working out with both Kim the manager and Greg the owner have changed my view on nutrition and workouts . I’m taking ownership over my physical health and they have given me the tools . I highly recommend FT to get your health back !
