I was diagnosed with osteoporosis a few years ago and was prescribed medications that did a lot of harm to my health. I was lucky to meet a friend who had the same problem and suggested to join Fitness Solutions Plus, I contacted Igor who connected me with Emmanuel, one of his trainers who is very professional and knowledgeable. I feel better and more energetic from day one and I am sure that my next bone density will show a lot of improvement! Thank you Igor and Emmanuel

After following Igor for only a few weeks and reading some excellent blog posts one of his great e-books I decided to go for the free call. So glad I did! He connected me with one of his trainers, Ashley, with whom I work online. I joined Fitness Solutions in the fall 2024 after being diagnosed with osteoporosis and pre-diabetes. My trainer , Emmanuel is knowledgeable and enthusiastic and only after 6 months my sugar levels are down to a "normal"level. My overall strength and balance are improved. I work with Emmanuel online which saves a lot of time as I can workout from home. I find training very personalized, motivating and encouraging accountability. I recommend Fitness Solutions as a dependable partner in achieving your health/fitness goals!

I highly recommend Fitness Solution plus. My experience was really enjoyable, became more fitted and stronger. My personal trainer Deanna is very professional , knowledgable and certainly knows what she is doing, I learned a lot from her and would like to thank her for dedication. Good job, Deanna!
