After reading Igor’s book, on reversing osteoporosis, I knew I wanted to forgo meds and try his approach. We had a brief phone consult and he paired me with an outstanding trainer. Our sessions are virtual, I was a little Leary of that, but Ashley, my trainer, is great at the whole virtual setup and I feel like I get the same training as if we were together in person! My name is Janet and I am 88 years old. I have OsteoArthritis and pain in my shoulder and knee and low back. Recently I scheduled an appointment with Igor at his Fitness facility where he did a total assessment of my muscles and joint problems and put together a fitness program especially for me. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis a few years ago and was prescribed medications that did a lot of harm to my health. I was lucky to meet a friend who had the same problem and suggested to join Fitness Solutions Plus, I contacted Igor who connected me with Emmanuel, one of his trainers who is very professional and knowledgeable. After following Igor for only a few weeks and reading some excellent blog posts one of his great e-books I decided to go for the free call. So glad I did! He connected me with one of his trainers, Ashley, with whom I work online.
