Ashley and Igor have helped me a great deal with my battle against osteoporosis. I have relied heavily on Igor’s books for information about supplements, diet and exercise and I have worked one-on -one with Ashley on the strength training side of things. She has been generous and knowledgeable and hopefully I’ve got osteoporosis on the run.

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis a few years ago and was prescribed medications that did a lot of harm to my health. I was lucky to meet a friend who had the same problem and suggested to join Fitness Solutions Plus, I contacted Igor who connected me with Emmanuel, one of his trainers who is very professional and knowledgeable. After reading Igor’s book, on reversing osteoporosis, I knew I wanted to forgo meds and try his approach. We had a brief phone consult and he paired me with an outstanding trainer. Our sessions are virtual, I was a little Leary of that, but Ashley, my trainer, is great at the whole virtual setup and I feel like I get the same training as if we were together in person!
