Went on Tuesday… don’t know if it was just super understaffed but Ham was running around doing everything whether it was folding towels, greeting people or taking care of the locker room. Thank you Ham for making it such a great experience!
Update: they fixed the showers finally (though it took a while) and now the gym satisfies all my needs. Changing to 5 stars.
The Embarcadero location is clean and fun with some outdoor rooftop space. Crystal, the location manager, was super communicative and incredibly helpful. she answered all of my questions patiently and gave me a fantastic tour, and shared details about challenges and amenities at all the locations. Got me super excited to start my fitness journey with FITNESS SF.
I love this gym! It has all the equipment you could need for weightlifting, including squat racks, platforms, and bumper plates. All the staff is super friendly, especially Hamish at the front desk and the maintenance staff.
Ham is the best! Thank you for making our Fitness SF experience enjoyable and fun. The staff are all quite friendly and kind.
