I love Embarcadero Fitness SF the facility is clean and the staff is professional and friendly. I love my trainer Zander Jepsen I am a long term big weight loss client and I’m older and Zander challenges me when I need it and knows how to work with me when I may not feel as healthy or motivated as we would like me to be. Leland on the front desk was helpful and friendly! Amenity is great and has shower. Location is perfect - I stored bag there, did weight training and went to have a good run around the piers (just 5-min walk away)
Matt Miller is an amazing trainer. Highly knowledgeable and effortlessly kind, he makes every workout more fun. I look forward to his friendly smile every time we meet. This location is great for any type of workout and super convenient during the week.
Went on Tuesday… don’t know if it was just super understaffed but Ham was running around doing everything whether it was folding towels, greeting people or taking care of the locker room. Thank you Ham for making it such a great experience!
Update: they fixed the showers finally (though it took a while) and now the gym satisfies all my needs. Changing to 5 stars.
