The showers are way too hot. There is no way to change the temperature, you get one choice: scalding hot. I asked several employees and they said they know they are super hot, but there is nothing they can do about it. They said they’ve tried.. What does that mean?? Edit: Crystal (the manager) went above and beyond to make sure my feedback was heard and taken into account, something you rarely experience these days. Overall the gym is great - it’s well stocked, super central and wait times are low to none for the equipment. I’d especially recommend the cardio section, which, even though you have to access via an external flight of stairs, is always calm and quiet. Good gym, big
I really want to love this gym, but the blatant lack of customer service, friendliness and “shrug, no I can’t help you and don’t really care about you as a paying customer and would rather be on my phone” attitude of the person at the reception in the morning has made me realize I’ll go elsewhere to have my workout needs met.
Crystal was super helpful, helped me get my membership set up as well as a special offer for students. Thanks so much!
