For me, Temple Fitness is THE gym for people interested in lifelong health and wellness. The emphasis here is on making yourself better. It's not all about how many reps you do, but that you keep coming back and doing the reps. I enjoy being a member where the concern is about me as a person and not just how I look.

I did the one week trial and have to say that this club is 2nd rate. The pool is dirty, full of band aids and screaming kids. The bathrooms besides being too small are filthy and often the showers do not have hot water. The equipment is second rate and squeezed together. The 24/7 staffing is a joke and often members are locked out because of inoperable entry systems. If you can make the trip to Club One then do.
