Fitness Ridge changed my life...It's a place where you focus on self and learn to live and appreciate a healthy lifestyle. The hikes are incredible, the staff and trainers so supportive, the accommodations very comfortable after a long day. I've made life long friends that i have forever connections with. Can not wait to return for my 4th stay. No matter what physical condition you are in, this is the perfect place for challenges and change :)
I was a contestant on The Biggest Loser and it was a good experience. But my time spent at Fitness Ridge in Ivins Ut taught me more than had I spent five years on the Biggest Loser ranch. This place is life changing and my happy place.
