This is for the individual that likes to participate in a structured setting with a instructor. Helping you with each detail throughout the workout. You will eventually learn the proper technique of all the exercises and become more efficient while gaining and maintaining your strength and fitness. The positive and encouraging attitude of everyone makes this a great atmosphere for all to feel comfortable.
If you're considering signing on with this gym, make sure you do not sign a contract with the National Acceptance Company. Read Google reviews on them. Scam financial company. The people at the orientation sessions are never seen again and even after sending them a certified letter and the other cancellation requirements, they still tried to hit my card for monthly paymentns.
