Just give me my deposit back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $1000.00 ???? How can you justify keep my deposit when i cancelled the same day, never used a single bit of equipment, didn't attend one single class. Even cancelled the same day well within the 7 day cooling off period and still you think you are justified to keep $1000.00 ????? What kind of people do this to other people is my question??? Why would you do it??? Say something to me????
On 12/2/24 I joined up to Fitness Renegades in Joondalup. On the same I asked to please cancel the contract and requested my $1000.00 deposit back. Val called me the next day to say that it would cost $1000.00 to cancel my contract. On the 12/2/24 I went for my free check. After which I signed up and paid $1000 deposit. When I got home that same day I sent an email to request cancellation of said contract. The next day I got a call to be told that it would cost $1000 to cancel the contract. I have since been ghosted by them. My number has been blocked.
