Awesome results. I started training almost 5 months ago after just sitting around for 10 years. Now, I'm probably in the best shape of my life. I've never been stronger or have had as much endurance. I used to play high school sports (Volleyball, basketball and softball) and sincerely wish I had access to this type of training back then.
