Just joined and I love it so far. Chris did my fitness assessment with me today and it was great. He is very knowledgeable and encouraging. I'm looking forward to coming here for a long time and to make some big progress towards my goals.
Clean and ready for me to workout on whatever machine I choose, no matter what time of day or night I decide to visit.
This was my first time at premier fitness it was very clean every one was very nice and friendly I took a 5:30am class the instructor was excellent .
I like that it's not like the larger gyms which become overcrowded, would be nice to have a dip machine, t-bar, military press perhaps but over all good experience.
I've only been a member for about a month now, took me a while to get into the swing of things. Really enjoy the team training classes! It's challenging but that's exactly what I need in my workouts.
I joined in January so I could do Silver Sneakers but the center is so much more than a class. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. It is more like a family atmosphere than "just a gym". Chris is great; very knowledgeable and never demeaning. It is enjoyable to work out. Love it!!!
