I have been practicing Pilates for 10 years, specifically with Nico for the last 4 years. I thought I had strength until I started private sessions with Nico. He is amazing at challenging your strength and abilities. Over the years he has helped we with IT issues while marathon training, pelvic floor strengthening after my second child was born, and overall strength goals. I started with Nico at Fitness Physiques about 3 years ago. First only once a week for Group Pilates. Then I added a weekly hour of private instruction for personal attention to my particular balance, strength and cardio needs. Then for fun, about a year ago I started dropping in (when my work schedule permits) for a group Bodhi Suspension circuit class which pushes me to my limits.
