I do not recommend coming here for sciatica. They have no idea what they are doing. They don't even pay attention to my form and if I'm doing the exercise right. They disrespected me by calling me an idiot for working out. I felt more hostility than it being beneficial. They placed blame on me for my back not healing. Highly DON'T recommend this company.
