Yesterday I was on my feet for about 12 hours, in heels, hosting an annual event. I was moving a little slow today and needed a nice foot massage. I walked into Fitness Massage on 32 & Carey. No wait, no application to fill out. Asked for the 30 minute $25 foot massage. It was amazing. They started by massaging my face and scalp - bonus! Then had a fantastic foot massage. They do not have memberships, they do not push products or additional services. It’s well staffed and very nice inside. Highly recommend!
There is a difference between a fitness massage and a regular massage. I have knots in my calves and my feet taking a beating from running several times a week. This was the best massage I’ve had in quite a while where she took the time to work out the kinks and create some “space” in my neck, hips, and legs. My husband and I will be regulars!

Amazing people. Great work. My husband has been going for about a year now. He kept telling me how great it is, I finally found out for myself. I'm kicking myself for not trying them before. My husband was right. Prices and packages are great. Service top notch. Will be going again. Oh, and the gift certificates are great presents for any occasion. Thank you for taking care of me.
The massage therapist was very knowledgeable and made my lower legs and feet feel much better than I came in. The spa itself is very relaxing and clean. I would recommend Fitness Massage to my friends and family.

Walked in on a whim. No questionnaire or interview. I got 30 minutes for $35. Felt like longer! It was a very deep muscle massage. My masseuse did not speak ANY English and she was fabulous! She used her body weight to really get the knots out. This was not a relaxing massage, it was a workout! I feel great!
