Recently purchased an elliptical from Fitness Market. Staff is helpful and we were able to have delivered and assembled.
Absolutely fantastic sales team. These guys go above and beyond to give you the best deal and follow thru to make sure everything is installed properly and they have happy customers!
I was able to pick up a set of rubber coated plates finally. Not being from the Louisville area I was worried it was sketchy. They are a legit store front operation with friendly and knowledgeable people to help you make your decisions. I will keep them at the top of my list for future needs.
I just went to Fitness Market on Plantside Drive and I came away VERY impressed. As soon as I entered I was greeted and helped by Sarah. She was knowledgeable and helpful; overall I was provided with the best customer service experience I have ever had at a store dedicated to fitness equipment. The owner even helped me load my car! I have purchased 3 pieces of exercise equipment (spinning bike, Bodycraft weight machine, and most recently a Matrix treadmill) from Fitness Market. They are amazing to work with and I am 100% satisfied with my purchases. The entire process has always been a pleasure, from going into the showroom to the delivery. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase high quality and reliable equipment!
