Our tech Chris was a total pro and was extremely great at showing me the damaged and worn parts that needed attention. All questions were answered in thoughtful and easy to understand language. On top of all this, Chris is just plain nice and a real pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him and his company if you need home gym equipment serviced or repaired.

We recently had Chris come out and help fix our Nordictrack rowing machine. He was on time, friendly, through and efficient. Yolanda who I spoke with on the phone was also very helpful and went above and beyond in working with us to help find a time that would work with our schedule.

Good communication, arrived on time. Worked on my treadmill and elliptical. Addressed all my concerned and answered all my questions. Explained the work performed with pictures of hard too see areas. Very happy with Chris, very knowledgeable. My equipment is working smoothly and all issues were fixed. Will use Chris and his company in the future for all my gym equipment repairs.
