These guys are excellent. I bought a used sole f80. After a few months of owning it, I started getting an LS-1 speed error. They came out and fixed it, There was a slight issue after they fixed it and they made it right. Extremely knowledgeable and great customer service can’t recommend enough. Thanks guys.

Dale was great! He was friendly and very efficient checking our treadmill over and making sure everything was working properly. He gave great feedback on what we needed to do to make sure we got the most out of it and how to extend the life of the machine!
About three months ago they came out and charged the service fee. Then they quoted me a price for some $12.00 nuts and bolts, said it was called a “knuckle bolt kit.” They at first told me that it would be about 6 to 8 weeks to get the parts. I searched the parts and could have had the bolts in about 3 days. I informed the company of this and they got the parts quicker, amazing, and charged another fee to come and put them on.
