Beware of this company. I had set up an appointment to install my new fitness equipment for this morning. It is noon and I called to check on the status and was informed the tech is stuck on a job and unable to make it today. No call, no show and had to take the day off of work for nothing. Not even a call to say they were going to be late or unable to fulfill the appointment time. Lady was rude on the phone and most unprofessional experience I have ever had.
