Update November 2025: wanted additional exercise equipment (elliptical this time) so naturally went back to Roland at Fitness Logic. Still excellent selection of reconditioned pro caliber plus new equipment for home and gym at ridiculously fair prices. I bought my first industrial strength treadmill from Fitness Logic about 25 years ago and have bought other treadmills and exercise bikes since. Beware of this company. I had set up an appointment to install my new fitness equipment for this morning. It is noon and I called to check on the status and was informed the tech is stuck on a job and unable to make it today. No call, no show and had to take the day off of work for nothing. Not even a call to say they were going to be late or unable to fulfill the appointment time. Lady was rude on the phone and most unprofessional experience I have ever had.
