The small group classes with Luke and David are fantastic. Both are very knowledgeable and helpful! The environment is friendly and supportive.
I am so impressed by my private sessions with Laura S. She helps me focus on correct form in all muscle groups to get the most benefit out of the exercises we do in my reformer classes. Her attention to detail is awesome! Thank you Laura
The employees at Fitness Junction are nothing but welcoming, knowledgeable and supportive. They help you every step of the way and I could not recommend this gym enough for anyone wanting some one on one/group session training. I trained with Luke primarily and he was amazing. I will definitely be using all the information he has taught me with health/fitness in my every day life.
I wanted to express my appreciation to the staff at Fitness Junction. I have been working with Matt, for the last couple of months and am very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism in understanding my goals, and establishing a good routine of exercises that meet my needs.
