Cathy is an awesome personal trainer! She teaches about nutrition as well as proper technique. She explains what muscles a particular exercise impacts. She understands and can read the difference between stalling and working through a mental hurdle. She’s patient and breaks it down when I’m struggling with something new so that I do get it. Kathy is so welcoming and wonderful! She’s doing amazing with all the rules of Covid and the place is clean and makes you feel safe when you are using the machines! She checks your temperature when you arrive and has personal sanitization baskets for each member, these things are really important and I know I’m coming into a clean gym!
Outstanding classes as always! Thank you for helping everyone feel safe during this crazy time and also for the super workout!
Love this place.. if you want to have personal one with a a coach and actually get results this is the place to go.. don't second guess it.. they have great class too.
