The Spin and yoga classes are great. Facilities are always clean and the staff is super-friiendly.
Always clean and up to date working equipment. Free weights always stacked. Not only are the stuff super friendly and welcoming but so are the other members. You get what you pay for for this gym!!

Besides being the best place to get and stay fit and having a safe,clean and a fun loving environment for your children,It is like being a part of a huge family of friends ❤️❤️❤️I love the Fitness Incentive!!!!!!!I left Long Island in 1998 and tried many places but the were all just gyms😟😟
Fitness Incentive is the best gym around! A vast variety of classes are offered throughout the day, seven days a week! The trainers are experts and show dedication and commitment. The owners are instructors themselves and really take the time to greet each member and even get to know them! I love this gym and will continue to come here in the future :) thanks!
Best gym ever. Member 2002-2016. Always visit when I'm in the area. The welcome I receive from the staff is over the top warm! Nothing bad to say. And do try their meals..yum! Jackie Stoecker
