Kim Patty's Hoop Class – I am getting up there in years and didn't know if this class would be for me, but Kim made it fun. For the first time in my life I can actually hula hoop. Now I go outside at night when no one is around and go for it! I can do many tricks along with the basics, and I learned this all in 4 classes.

Great Class - Totally Awsome workout – I tried the class because it was new and offered at my gym. I loved hula hooping as a kid so I thought, why not try it? Kim, the instructor, walked us through the moves with the hoop and the mechanics of each move. It is a great class. When dancing around with the hoop, your heart rate can rival that of other aerobics type classes. I love the colorful Hoopnotica hoops and Kim makes them available for purchase if you would like to have your own personal hoop. I would recommend this class... read more

Awesome Workout and Overall Great Time – I was looking for something different and was tired of my usual routine at the gym. I met Kim and she told me about her Hoop Dance Classes, so I had to try out the hoop. It was so fun, and she is a very patient instructor.
