RecommendedThe Fitness Forum needs at least one trainer on site most of the time. Beginners need someone to be there to ask questions if they need to. The front Staff are always very nice. The gym is always very clean.
I was visiting from out of town and the entire staff made me feel incredibly welcome! They were all super friendly! The price for the visitors pass and the tanning beds was more than reasonable ( compared to Texas pricing it was a steal ) the equipment was in tiptop shape and fairly new. The gym had more amenities than I ever expected , I was extremely impressed overall if I had a fitness forum gym down the street from my house exactly like that one I would be a member no question!
my son took swimming lessons there he has autism and it was great really he enjoyed himself and he knows how to swim under the water now..lol...Thanks for everything!!!!

I actually used the Fitness Forum Spa and had a very relaxing experience. They go out of their way to pamper you. I had a sugar scrub and 1 hr massage and felt rejuvinated. They don't rush you. Would definately use this spa again.

I am not a member however I do work with a local mission center and I am amazed at the amount of donations collected for those in the path of the recent storm. The donations were collected by the members of the gym and spa. Thank you for thinking of others during this difficult time. Everyone was nice and very helpful. If you are looking for a gym in the Florence area I would definitely suggest checking them out.
