David was amazing. Fixed my Precor elliptical in no time. Very impressed with both him and Sandy. Very thankful.
Very unprofessional!! Was referred by Sports Art to have my treadmill serviced. I informed Sandy my treadmill was in the garage for over a year. So asked for pictures then called me filthy because there was dust and spiderwebs in my garage. The lady Sandy needs to work on here customer service.
Terrible customer service! I only wish i could give a half of a star.
David was incredibly helpful and friendly. They fit us in the middle of the day after we'd had some trouble with our treadmill. After calling other providers that were way too expensive, these guys offered a flat rate. He did the repair, was pleasant, very professional, and the charge was extremely reasonable. Great service - highly recommend. Thank you!!!
