Was one of the best gyms that was on the Central Coast. It is a real shame that they have closed this place. The personal trainers were great and the staff were friendly and knew your name. Something that lacks in many other gyms on the Coast.
Good setup Plenty of floor space and machines so that you aren't fighting to get a workout Staff are friendly and showers and amenities are great
