Terrible management, opening times seem optional. Many times clients are left waiting 20 -30 minutes because staff are late etc. Not well maintained - often dirty with many broken pieces of equipment. Hardly a platinum experience....
Great front desk staff, men’s change rooms needs attention though, some of the locker doors needs repairs and toilets is be a bit smelly!
RUN A MILE, even after cancelling my membership they keep charging my credit card. Kept contacting them and no reply. NEVER SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF.
The actual gym is great but some of the staff one girl in particular is really rude and judgy towards younger members. My friend was sharing an account which she found out your not allowed to do but me and my other mate have memberships and the girl had a full go at me and my friends even though me and the other girl have memberships. Even though that was a special circumstance she had been rude to me and my friends prior to this so I don't reccomend for younger people to go
I love attending Claudine’s Body Step class on Wed morning at Mosman FF as she is an exceptional Body Step instructor! Her energy, enthusiasm, and passion for fitness make every class fun and motivating. She creates routines that are both challenging and accessible for all fitness levels, offering modifications when needed.
