The gym offers an excellent environment: the staff are friendly, and the facilities are top-notch. However, there is a flaw in the payment system: they use a direct debit method that automatically charges weekly. When a charge fails, it incurs an extra $10 fee since no manual payment option is available.

I was quite nervous to try fitness first as I’d never been in a gym environment like this before and was struggling with my confidence however my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Not only are the facilities great but the staff were incredibly welcoming, namely Esther at the front desk who streamlined my sign up process and really made me feel comfortable starting in this new environment. I decided to try a different Fitness First location and had a great experience. Esther at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a really positive first impression. The gym had all the machines I like to use, and it wasn’t too busy, making it easy to get through my workout without any hassle. Overall, a really enjoyable visit—I’ll definitely be back.

Top quality gym! Very nice reception lady called Esther who helped me find the bathrooms as it was my first time at the Mosman gym. Overall great experience would highly recommend!
