Friendly staff. Unfortunately way too many members for the facilities/size of gym. Waiting for machines/benches even at off-peak times, very frustrating.
I wouldn't have joined the gym if it wasn't for the great set up with pilates
Staff are really friendly and helpful, checking in, helping out during sessions and answering the thousands of questions I ask. Trainers make an effort to smile and be present on the training floor and happily help out when asked. Staff have created a very comfortable environment.
Signed both my kids up here and they both complain that the gym is overcrowded and that they have to wait for machines. Just pulled one out and got hit with a $199 cancellation fee.
I recently joined this gym, and I’m loving it! The equipment is top-notch, the space is clean, and the trainers are super knowledgeable and motivating. There’s also a great variety of classes, so I never get bored. It’s the perfect place to reach your fitness goals.
