Sauna, steam room, perfect equipment, many machines and great atmosphere Sauna was 70℃-80℃ and steam room was below 70℃
Be warned: this gym is EXTREMELY overcrowded. I thought leaving work early around 3:30–4:00pm would help me avoid the after-work rush, but that time is packed with school kids and tradies. Then after 5pm, it becomes even busier again. Unless you’re prepared to turn nocturnal this isn’t a good environment for a proper workout. Yet FF still continue to run promos offering “bring a friend for free” when there is barely standing room as is… 🤯
