My mum has been going to this gym for a while now and has always loved the classes they offer which has helped her stay consistent in her health. Unfortunately, now my mother is suffering with PTSD and severe anxiety due to an incident in a reformer Pilates class with the trainer Narelle. She physically assaulted my mother during a class. I’m really disappointed with the experience here and feel the need to warn others. In the past week, an instructor (Narelle) twice touched me without asking one correction injured my back, and another time she grabbed my hands and forced my fingers back, which hurt me again. There was no apology, no acknowledgement, nothing. On top of that, she has repeatedly spoken to me rudely, called me out in front of the whole class, and made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. Nice people, gym conditions are often poor, there has been a constant smell of vomit in the changing rooms the last few weeks, management clearly dont care about the state of the gym, aircon hasn't worked since i signed up in 2022
