Unfortunately, my experience with the cancellation process has been frustrating. I froze my account as I couldn’t cancel until the first year ended and was told it would be canceled this month. Still, it was reactivated and I was charged again, despite not using the gym for weeks. Now I have to wait until June to cancel. The process has been unclear and unnecessarily complicated. I hope they review their policy to prevent this from happening to others.

Disappointed with the experience here. Some of the younger members are extremely rude—hogging the machines all night and being dismissive when you ask to use them. I was told to ‘stop complaining’ when I spoke up. Definitely won’t be returning to this gym.

I would recommend switching to world gym, price is better equipment isn’t as rusty and the management is nice and more helpful, I have been at fitness first for 2 years and it never really impressed me as much as world gym. Additionally this gym will close down soon due to a school expanding.
