Expecting to use the showers this avo don’t don’t even bother to jump in and use not hot water what so ever
Today, No hot water in the ladies showers. A sign outside the change rooms would have shown some initiative.
Terrible gym, all the equipment is either from the stone age or broken. Which is essentially the same thing in my eyes. Even the basic stuff like a good stable bench and squatrack is missing. The problem with the old machines is that the movement is extremely poorly designed, they have resistance points placed way wrong etc. Not to speak poorly on others but if you are someone that is enjoying a gym where the people around are trying to better them selfs then this is definitely the wrong gym.
