One of the best gyms I’ve ever been out and I’ve been with Fitness First for a very long time. This Bayside gym is what makes fitness first fitness first. The staff are approachable and everyone is always happy to help and there’s always that one trainer that will always walk past while you’re doing a set and give you that bit of encouragement to sneak one extra rep in there. There’s a lot of gyms out there that promise the world and don’t deliver, Fitness First is not that! Fitness First Bayside is like family.

Fitness First Bayside Platinum is fantastic. Great Mat Pilates classes from Marie, Maree & Dennis. Gym staff always very friendly, plenty of equipment and space and always super clean. The change room facilities also have everything you need to get ready, including an ironing board and hairdryer!! Love it. Have already highly recommend to my friends 😊. Five star!!

I have been a member of FF Bayside for over 20 years and it's always a joy to end my day at the gym. Moreover, I love the vibe, staff, instructors, equipment and the community - it's people! Recently, the gym opened up Reform Pilates - what a game changer to my fitness regime. Thank you for supporting your loyal members!
