Too small to be a platinum club, the worst in all sydney, few equipment in general
It's impossible to cancel the membership. I called four times before receiving confirmation that it was canceled. All I heard was that they sent it to the manager, but nothing happened. Despite the confirmation, money is still being debited. So I called them again and they said that the manager is going to fix it directly. But yeah nothing happend again…

This gym is really very basic. The space feels small and the layout isn’t optimized — there are lots of treadmills and bikes, but not many lifting stations, and some of the machines are not always available. At the same time, important equipment is missing: there’s no adductor or row machine, no short or long bands for training, and it feels like nobody pays attention to adding these simple things.
