Updates in Oct 2025 (2 stars): It has become a Winter Olympics training facility. The Fitness First at Carlingford Court added 3 powerful fans in the cardio area recently. The fans blow at full power and members are not allowed to turn off the fans. Some fans are very near the equipment and they blow directly at you at close range. If you want to experience the most rusty, out of order machines dangerous to your health and safety- irrespective which location you go - you are most welcome to this sham!! Pay high fees, get in return the most horrific experience of life on daily basis for month on month !
