I come in on Saturdays to get protein shakes. The older gentleman that works the counter is always very rude, impatient and making faces because I don't come in with my order ready on the spot. The guy even rolled his eyes at me lol. I was considering joining but I won't tolerate rude behavior when im spending money at your establishment.

I really wanted to love this gym. The layout, equipment, and overall condition are great—nothing broken or neglected, and everything is well set up. Some machines could’ve been wiped down a bit better, but nothing major. What changed my mind was the customer service. On my first visit, the young man at the front desk was incredibly polite and welcoming. He gave me a quick tour, and I left feeling excited to come back.
