My son's membership expired, so they close the door for him to enter until pay first. So I called them to pay with my credit card, but they can't. I told them again I will pay this afternoon, please let my son to enter. A guy in front desk says no!!! it is our policy. Do you understand their policy? So my son feels very upset and give up his today activity, and went back a home through walked in 30 min. All happen in Palisades park branch.
