By far one of the best gyms I have ever been to. I grew up working out in this gym and it only gets better and better each year. There are a ton of great & well-kept machines and the classes the trainers hold there are incredible workouts. I only have positive words about the Fitness Factory! (:
I've always loved fitness, but was never good at doing workouts on my own and pushing myself. I decided to join Fitness Factory and train in a group with Alex, and I love it! He pushes our limits and challenges us to get better every day. Everyone I've met through FF has been awesome!
After recovering from knee surgery it was suggested by my physical therapist to join a gym vs. going back to running. I was very intimated though as I had never lifted in my life! I took his advise and joined FF 16 months ago and it was the best decision ever! I am healthier physically and emotionally in my mid 40's than I've ever been in my entire life! Great atmosphere, awesome trainers, lots of great machines to workout on. I started working one on one with Alex and then transferred to small group. The small groups are very good workouts with a wide variety of things to do each day you are in. I highly recommend the Fitness Factory!
