Truthfully, before this I did not understand the hype surrounding Fitness Factory. I went to a different gym that I really enjoyed. In the past, I went to Fitness Factory a couple of off times and brushed it off. I didn’t like getting used to the different layout and machines and such. They have something for everyone from young athletes to power lifters to even a 40 year old mom such as myself all the way to my 70 year old father who trains multiple times a week with Troutman... the owners are super passionate about their business and offer a warm greeting to everyone! Proud to be a part of this gym!
My husband and I joined in August. We each met with Ryan for an individual plan. It has been awesome! We love the atmosphere and how supportive and friendly everyone is! We also love going to the Bible study on Thursday evening!! Great place and great people!!!
Whenever I’m in Williamsport, PA, the first stop is always Fitness Factory! The equipment is phenomenal—better than any of the 25 gyms I have access to in Northern Virginia, from franchises to local spots. Ryan, the owner, is amazing at providing guidance and support. If you’re serious about fitness, this gym is a must-visit. It’s hands down the best!
