I did a VO2 Max and RMR test with Paul at Fitness RXperts. Paul was friendly, knowledgeable and inspirational, pushing me to a result in which I felt I left nothing on the table. I couldn't ask for anything more.
I've had the pleasure to work with Paul on several occasions. He is very knowledgable, client-focused, and personable. Highly recommend him.
Great place. Very helpful team. Went for VO2 test. Great service. Very communicative scheduling. Lots of insights into results & next steps. Highly recommend Paul and the facility. Will be back to retest & check in on progress.
