People shouldn’t be allowed to take up machines while playing on their phones
RecommendedI take the classes. Love all of the instructors. We have a great time working out and best of all have developed many great friendships dancing together. Also like the new owner and the new and much improved front desk staff. Now if we could get Jesse back! Please!!!!
very friendly atmosphere, lots of quality equipment and the pole dance class by Yolanda is really fun .sauna,cinema workout area, smoothie bar, they have samples of hydrating drinks they carry and more. great and knowledgeable staff

I have been here for years and don’t plan on changing anytime soon lol it’s a good place to workout I like that most people respect your privacy and let you workout in peace and best price in town can’t beat it
Totally recommend this place....especially in the morning...nothing is better then having Lisa greet you in the morning to start your day off right....hopefully she never leaves....hate it when she is on vacation....replacement just is not the same....classes are awesome and movie theater is a bonus
I am there every morning and have gotten a few friends to sign up partially because of Lisa. She makes it feel like home. To be able to laugh that early in the morning is a talent many do not have.
I love this place. Met some great friends here. Its great to come to a place with no egos just smiles. Its inspirational to watch people just get after it and get work done. The owner Steve Is in tune with the clientele there and making changes all the time to try to make everyone happy. He personable and always has a big smile. In my opinion a SOLID PLACE FOR FITNESS
