Genady came out and repaired knocking on Precor elliptical. Timely, professional and very pleasant. Did great job diagnosing and repairing. Highly, highly recommend his service.
Genady, must have bought these reviews because I paid him $125 to help did my treadmill and he left if worst. I called about a squeaky sound coming from belt and I have to tell you, it hurts to waste $125 for something he never repaired. Very dishonest. It wasn’t working even while I was writing him the check, but he said, oh well, that’s my trip charge. Genady is truly a "Treadmill Whisperer" and we cannot recommend his service enough. He is friendly, professional and explains everything he is doing as to not leave you in the dark. He is more than fair in his pricing and honestly he could probably charge even more! We sent a service repair request via the online email form for our NordiTrack Commercial 1750 that we had purchased used several years ago because it was making a grinding noise when using the incline feature. The absolute best! If you know me and my reviews, I'm tuff to please. Genady came out figured out the problem with my elliptical and fixed it in an hour and fifteen minutes for a great price.
