I had bloodwork done and found out my A1C had climbed to 8.1!!! I left the doctors office and went right to Fitness Empire and signed up for a 3 month membership and called a trainer (JAMIE) to help me out. After the 3 months and my next doctor visit came up my A1C was down to 6.4 and I lost 20lbs. On my way to a healthier me!!!!! I now have an on going membership!!!! Friendly staff and trainers and clean!

Best gym in the tri state area..all the trainers are professionals at thier craft and I can tell that they really care about thier clients getting the best workout imaginable. A very clean facility and Christian the master trainer and owner makes you feel at home. He is very knowledgeable on nutrition and will design a personal training program that fits you and that you're comfortable with. I've lost over 50 pounds already! I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life!!!!!
Love this place! I have been to a bunch of gyms that never get the job done. These guys have got it right. Great equipment plus great people plus fun and friendly environment equal a great gym in my opinion. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
