This is the best gym around! The owner, Carroll, has created a safe and friendly place where people feel welcome. He is extremely knowledgeable in fitness and offers personal training!
Tried the Silver Sneaker, seniors workout class, loved it so much, I joined ! Highly recommend for seniors.
