It is incredibly humid in there, even in the winter(the paint is even peeling from the humidity). When I addressed this with the owner he was arrogant and disrespectful, it was very clear I was just a $ to him! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!
So after a couple of cold days, and today's rain, I have been struggling with aching joints. I went to the gym and started out with a walk/run on the treadmill. After 2 miles I got off and realized all joint pain had melted a way. I then had a one hour workout with my trainer, Dakota , so that my form was perfect and I was pushed to my limit! I left that gym feeling like a new person. Full of energy, no joint pain and ready to take on the world!!! Just do it!!!!
